Our team of expert designers specializes in new construction, renovations, and bespoke furnishing design, delivering tailored interiors that embody Livable Luxury. With over two decades of combined experience, we blend sophisticated aesthetics with functional living, curating spaces that reflect our clients' unique styles and aspirations. Our approach prioritizes meticulous attention to detail, innovative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of how spaces enhance everyday life. Recognized for our ability to transform complex design challenges into seamless solutions, we maintain a commitment to artistry, transparency, and client collaboration. From concept to completion, we ensure every project achieves both visual impact and enduring practicality. Our leadership includes Creative Director Christina Marie Kairis, whose third-generation artistic background and self-taught design expertise have shaped the firm's philosophy of blending diverse styles into expressive, personalized interiors.

Senior Project Manager Stacy Monnar brings construction expertise and a globally inspired aesthetic, while Junior Interior Designer Bethany Batton combines classical training with contemporary creativity. Together, we uphold a standard of excellence that has earned features in Florida Design, Interior Appeal Magazine, and HGTV Magazine. As a locally rooted yet nationally relevant firm, we serve Winter Park and surrounding areas, maintaining a physical presence on Designer Row through our shop since 2022. Our work spans high-end residential, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, and luxury model homes, consistently delivering unforgettable spaces that balance elegance with livability.
